During this 16-week program, we look at the elements in your nutrition and lifestyle habits where there is a need and/or room for improvement or change. We first create a healthy and vital foundation, from which you can then work toward concrete goals. In doing so, we take an in-depth look at the role that aspects such as sleep, physical activity, stress management, and relaxation play in our metabolism—and vice versa.
16 weeks provides the time and calm needed to sustainably embed lasting nutrition and lifestyle changes, as well as to achieve concrete weight goals. Never through a crash diet or a one-size-fits-all program, but always with attention to you, your knowledge and experience, and your personal circumstances. We will be able to tackle setbacks, take learnings out of the experience, and get you back on track in the direction you desire.
The program consists of a combination of information and education on topics that are relevant to you and possibly still unfamiliar, steps toward behavior change by focusing on motivation, a suitable challenge, the use of a habit tracker, accountability, and concrete, practical tools you can apply in everyday life. For something as personal as lifestyle, there is no singular approach. While there are fixed topics that are addressed, the starting point of this program is you—your needs, knowledge, experience, and circumstances.
