What began as a necessity grew into a passion. I dove into the world of nutrition science, recovery, and vitality, and discovered just how profoundly nutrition affects both our body and our mind. Combined with my experience as a yoga teacher, this opened a new path in which movement, nutrition, and awareness reinforce one another. With enthusiasm and dedication, I now share this knowledge with others.
