yoga.

Yoga has been part of my daily routine for the last 15 years. I am a certified yoga teacher, trained in Sevilla, Amsterdam and Rishikesh. I teach both Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. Join my classes at Yogaschool Noord or contact me for a private session!

hiking & running.

As an outdoor enthusiast and dog owner with family ties to the Swiss Alps, I spend a lot of time walking, running and mountain hiking. There is so much to be gained from spending time outside and the simple act of putting one foot in front of the other.
