Hi! I’m Mina (short for Wilhelmina or Willemijn, if you’re Dutch!)
For many years, I thrived in my professional life, but eventually, my body and mind sent me signals I could no longer ignore. Physical and mental illness forced me to pause — and out of that pause (that felt like an eternity) emerged insight, tears, sparks of joy, loss, purpose, determination and reconnection.
During the past few years a lot has changed in my life. I quit my corporate job, had my heart broken, moved to a new house and neighbourhood, lost a ton of weight (unwillingly), adopted a rescued dog, discovered I had some pretty major food intolerances, started teaching yoga, pursued a nutrition degree, was able to regain some weight, found love again, spent as much time as I could in the Swiss mountains (where my family grew roots generations ago), deepened my love for nature and outdoor activity, and started a business.
Recovery was not a straight line, but it led me back to something essential: the power of movement, nutrition, physical strength, and creating mental space. Along the way, I became the person friends and colleagues turned to with questions about nutrition, lifestyle and creating sustainable habits. I realized how many smart, capable people are struggling with weight, energy, and patterns that keep them stuck — not because they lack discipline, but because they lack the right tools and understanding behind the mechanisms of food, movement, and change. Because of this, I decided to pursue a degree in nutrition and take on clients professionally.
Now, I help others break through unhelpful cycles, build healthier habits, achieve personal health goals, and rediscover the balance and vitality that are already within reach.
